This basic access is ideal for private pilots intending to utilise the access individually for private purposes. They obtain everything from a single source for their flights by instrument-flight and visual-flight rules.
The state-mandated flight plans1 are free of charge. Non-state-mandated flight plans 2 are billed separately. You can acquire flight plans for the non-state-mandated sector in the form of additional flight plan packages. These packages are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.
Nothing is charged for rejected flight plans. However, if a flight plan is confirmed, one point is deducted from the flight plan package.
